Better Command Block UI - Improvement of the command block на версии [1.18.2] [1.19] [1.19.2]

This modification is specially designed for the command block, mainly by expanding the single-line command text field into a multi-line text field with vertical and horizontal scrolling, as well as automatic indentation based on brackets! Additionally, the large buttons used for cycling through the command block type and toggling things like power mode have been reduced to simple icons with tooltips, and an additional button has been added to toggle between the command display and previous output.
