ME Capability Adapter - new connection block на версию [1.12.2]

ME Capability Adapter - a new mod for Minecraft that adds just one block but with enormous capabilities. It allows connections to be established using Applied Energistics to all devices that use proxy connections, such as tunnels from Compact Machines 3. The mod requires Applied Energistics 2 to function. Please note that the mod has not been tested with forks of Applied Energistics 2, such as Applied Llamagistics, so its compatibility with them is unknown.
