Creeper Safety - creepers do not explode на версии [1.18.2] [1.19] [1.19.1] [1.19.2]

Creepers do not take damage and catch fire from:

 - Fire

 - Explosions

Usually, when creepers catch fire or take damage from explosions, they die. This mod fixes that. Creepers will explode when they would otherwise take damage from this. Similar to TNT, creepers will explode if an explosion occurs nearby.
