- The sound system, mobs rely on sound to track the player. The more noise the player makes, the larger their radius expands (for the duration of the noise).
- Shader during the event that makes dark areas as black as coal.
- During the event, mushrooms turn into glowing orbs that dissipate darkness. After that, they will turn back into mushrooms.
- The event naturally stops at dawn.
