DeepslateCutting is a mod for Minecraft that adds new capabilities for working with deep slate. Now, regular deep slate can be placed in a stonecutter and transformed into various stonecutter items.

The mod allows using regular deep slate in the stonecutter. Additionally, it adds variants of regular deep slate for walls, stairs, and slabs.
