The Magnesium/Rubidium Dynamic Lights mod is an unofficial port of LambDynamicLights for Forge, configured to work with Magnesium or Rubidium (Forge Sodium). For the mod to work properly, you will need Magnesium/Rubidium Extras. Although the mod will work without it, there is a performance issue in Forge that is resolved with Magnesium Extras. There are also other mods that add dynamic lighting (besides Optifine), but they are incompatible with Sodium (Lucent) or operate with huge lags (Dynamic Lights).
