ExtraTiC - new weapons and tools на версию [1.7.10]

This modification serves to add new content to Tinkers' Construct. It allows for a transformation of the understanding of the familiar mod. The game will feature a lot of different weapons, as well as upgrades compatible with a bunch of modifications. The addon allows us to combine Tinkers' Construct with modifications such as EnderIO, Mekanism, Botania, Thaumcraft, and many others present in the CubixWorld project builds.
