Follow Me is a mod for Minecraft that adds the ability to control entities in the game. With it, you can make entities follow you and stop them at your discretion. To do this, simply right-click while in sneaking mode or use the customizable key (default is H). There is also a key that stops all entities following you (default is J). To stop an entity from following you, right-click again while in sneaking mode.
