Harvest Tweaks - Change of harvest на версию [1.12.2]

Currently supports:

• All tools that use the forge harvesting system (including vanilla)
• Configuration for harvesting blocks by block name
• Setting harvesting capability by oredict (block name takes priority)
• Setting harvest level for Tinkers' Construct materials

To get started, just launch the game, and default configurations will be generated. Default values will change nothing (as much as possible). The configurations can be found in the HarvestTweaks subfolder. You can remove entries that shouldn't be changed. If a section is completely empty, default values will be generated for it.

You can set a tool for blocks that normally do not require a tool for harvesting, such as wooden logs or planks. These blocks will simply not receive any progress when attempting to be broken without a tool.
