 Ender Heart

Create the Ender Heart by surrounding the Void Star with 4 Ender Pearls on a crafting table. Ender Hearts are items that can be equipped (they have their own slot for trinkets!) and can be linked to each other.

 Ender Soul

By combining two Ender Hearts with soul sand or soul soil, you create an Ender Soul that will connect the two hearts together. Using this technique, one Ender Heart can be linked to any number of other Ender Hearts as many times as you want.

 Teleportation

By using the Ender Soul (right-clicking while holding it) and wearing one of the Ender Hearts used to create it, you can teleport to a player wearing another Ender Heart that was used to create the soul. This teleportation does not work between dimensions.
