MouseTweaks is a simple but very nice mod. It makes crafting and moving items in the inventory more convenient.

By holding the right mouse button while holding a stack of something, you can quickly spread it across the inventory cells, and by holding the left mouse button, on the contrary, you can collect everything from the cells back into the stack.

Also, with CTRL held down, you can instantly move items from the stack one at a time into your inventory.
