A new entity, the Observer, has been added to this world. The Observer does not attack the player, but only watches what they do. Unfortunately, this observation remains quite harmful to players. When you are being observed, you will gradually receive negative effects, faster if you are closer to the observer. Players who are being observed will also spread the effects of observation with half power to the nearest players.
