OC Sensors is an additional mod for OpenComputers that adds a sensor block, allowing computers to scan surrounding blocks. With the scanning method (scan), you can obtain information about blocks relative to the sensor. There is also a search method (search) that allows you to find blocks that meet specified criteria within a given range. To scan the region for entities, the searchEntities method is used.
