Rockhounding Mod: Core - Useful classes and APIs

Rockhounding Mod: Core - an instrumental mod that contains common classes and APIs used by all Rockhounding modules. It includes the CofH API for powering machines, the Rockhounding API for customizing recipes, and some internal items of the mod. Loading any of the modules requires the installation of this mod. To avoid synchronization issues between the core and modules, it is recommended to always update everything to the latest version.
