Scavenge Timing Addon - limited number of clicks на версию [1.12.2]

ScavengeTimingAddon is just a very small addition to the mod Scavenge. It adds a new condition to the mod that allows you to set a specific cooldown time for clicks for each player.

This is especially useful in multiplayer, as the "number of clicks over time" condition from the Scavenge mod limits the use of a specific tool or item  for all players.
