To begin, create a box for the snail by surrounding the nautilus shell with iron ingots; this will be the base for sending and receiving mail. You will also need a stamp and an envelope. To make a stamp, combine paper and an ink bag. To make an envelope, combine paper and an iron nugget. Place the envelope in the open snail's envelope slot, click "Open Envelope," write the name of the player you want to send the letter to, place the stamp in the stamp slot, and put the items you want to send in the other slots. Close the envelope screen and click "Send." After you click "Send," select the destination. The snail will be sent to deliver your package.
