Springboards - a plugin for Minecraft that adds springs to the game. To use the spring, simply stand on it and right-click with an empty hand. You will be launched into the air depending on the strength of the spring. Additionally, the spring can soften your fall when landing on it - again, depending on its strength. If you fall from a height greater than what the spring can launch you upwards, it will still reduce damage, but not protect you completely.
