This mod is known for its variety and abundance of different mechanisms: Crusher, Induction Smelter, Magma Crucible, etc.
How to start progressing with this mod?
First, we need to understand how to obtain a new type of energy, specifically RF (Redstone Flux). The production of this energy can be handled by a Steam Generator, which creates steam from solid fuel and water, generating the long-awaited energy (80 RF/t).
The next generator I want to highlight is the Magma Generator. Its feature is the generation of RF using lava. It is perfect for beginners, as it is not difficult to craft and allows the creation of energy from lava, which is not too hard to find. Its output is 80 RF/t.
The third, and perhaps decent generator, I can highlight is the Weakened Generator, as it allows you to produce 64,000 RF from just 1 piece of redstone dust.
Where to store this energy? The answer is simple, you have 4 types of cells to choose from:
Lead Energy Cell -
Holds 400,000 RF.
Transmission 200 RF/t.
Hardened Energy Cell -
Stores up to 2,000,000 RF.
Transmission 800 RF/t.
Redstone Energy Cell -
Can store 10,000,000 RF.
Transmission 8,000 RF/t.
Resonant Energy Cell -
Stores a total of 50,000,000 RF.
Transmission 32,000 RF/t.
Now that we have the RF energy at our disposal, we can start delving into this modification. To begin, you will need a Crusher that will allow you to double your ores by grinding them into dust (there is also a chance to obtain a secondary product). Next, what you will find useful is an Induction Smelter, which allows you to create various alloys of items and also to smelt various armor and tools (if they are intact) from vanilla Minecraft.
Now let's talk about something called configuration (changing items/mechanisms)
Configuration (input/output) of mechanisms:
1. Blue - Input for items (resources) or energy.
2. Orange - Output for all finished resources (items).
3. Red - Output for primary resources (items).
4. Yellow - Output for secondary resources (items).
5. Green - Primary input for Induction Smelter.
6. Purple - Secondary input for Induction Smelter.
It is also worth noting the ores:
Copper Ore - Can be found at heights 40 - 70.
Tin Ore - Appears at heights 20 - 55.
Silver Ore - Can be discovered at heights 5 - 30.
Lead Ore - Found at heights 10 - 35.
Nickel Ore - Located at heights 5 - 20.
