Tool's Complement - new metals and tools на версию [1.16.5]

Currently, 9 metals are supported, each of which has a set of tools and armor. Standard Minecraft tools are provided, as well as 4 new ones:

Hammer - Area mining

Excavator - AoE shovel

Scythe - AoE plant clearing

Knife - faster attack, sword with lower damage

Each of these tools is also provided in standard Minecraft materials (iron, diamond, etc.).
